Shipping Within Muscat, Oman
- Cost: Free of charge.
- Delivery Time: Typically, orders are delivered within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Outside Muscat, Within Oman
- Cost: 2 Omani Rials.
- Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days.
Shipping to the UAE
- Cost: 3 Omani Rials.
- Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
Shipping to the Rest of the GCC
- Cost: 5 Omani Rials.
- Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
General Shipping Information
- Dispatch Times: Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of the order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.
- Packaging: All items are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Additional Information
- Customs and Import Duties: For orders shipped outside Oman, customs fees and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
