Returns and Refunds
Introduction
Thank you for shopping at Tallah! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Refund Process
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Sale items (if applicable).
- Items purchased as part of a promotion or using a discount code.
Please note, only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Process for Returns
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tallah.om or via WhatsApp at +968 96004734. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for return.
- Shipping: Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
